Does your relationship with food, weight or exercise cause you anxiety? Would you like to talk to others who have an understanding of what an eating disorder feels like? Maybe you’re on your path towards recovery and could use some more motivation. Or maybe you’re just taking your first steps towards identifying the problem. Whichever the case, you are warmly welcome to this peer support group to discuss, share, give and receive support.

The group is open to all and no sign-up is necessary – just turn up on the night. We start promptly at 17.30 (until 19) at the Kaapelitehdas office – look for the Etelän-SYLI logo on the door.
